Where did time go??

I guess when you have two instead of one, there is half the amount of time to yourself and so I unfortunately let the blog die for a while.  I didn't mean to!

The boys have grown up so fast.  They are big--Elliot is about 17lbs and Alexander is almost 22lbs.  Elliott started flipping over back in December!  That said, fast forward to March 2013 and he still flips over but hasn't mastered the crawl yet.

Alexander on the other hand just learned to flip over about 6 weeks ago.  And has rapidly moved on from there.  He is now crawling--slowly, but surely.  and yesterday, he stood up for the first time in his crib.

These photos are from early February when my sister in law had her good friend Marta over, and they did a photo shoot with the boys.

This is from the beginning of March, when Alexander had to have some minor surgery.  He looks so pensive...

These photos are from this past week when Heather came over and gave the boys some new "hair".  

What else is new......   Chad and I moved out of the city and into a rented house in Wilmette.  We are loving it.  It's definitely a bit bigger than our old apartment and we no longer have to listen to people above and below us.  Its not a big place and its definitely OLD, but it is in downtown Wilmette and only 8 minutes from my school, so we are thrilled.  

The boys have gotten their first cold (as I type this), which is interesting.  Elliott hates the Frida, so I'm just letting the snot flow.  Poor kid.  Alexander seems to be handling it better.
